  The Vesna Pavillion is representing some of the traditions of Tatars. The Pavillion includes a performance hall, workshop areas, exhibition areas which are for to exhibit traditional clothes and fabric and a restaurant which also includes the traditional Tatars cuisine. It is designed to represent the tradition of Tatars in every way. The main purpose is to contribute to people’s experiences and knowledge. At the same time, there are tectonic connections designed specifically for some parts of the building by combining today’s technology with the Tatar tradition.
