   This research building is located by the seashore. It is designed to facilitate submarine surveys in Seferihisar. The building includes rooms, library, classrooms and aid rooms, restaurants and multipurpose hall. It is also open to the public. In this way, people will learn about the research done by visiting the area. One of the design problems is that the land has too much slope.  However, by designing the building in a broken structure, the walls beneath the soil were utilized in such a way that light could enter.
